As adults, we often think of play as something just for kids—silly, unimportant, or a waste of time. But play is actually an important part of being human. It brings joy, sparks creativity, and helps us feel more present and alive. Over time, many of us forget how to play, or we feel guilty for doing it. But without play, we can feel more stressed, burned out, and disconnected. Play isn’t just for children—it’s something we all need, no matter our age. Maybe it’s time to bring a little more play back into your life.
