Centre Manager

This Centre Manager position is suitable for an administratively competent leader who enjoys working in a warm and collaborative small/medium-sized mental health clinic environment, interfacing with therapists, administrative staff, and clients (when needed). Our clientele comprises a wide-ranging demographic: senior executives, professionals, expat families, local families (Chinese and Malay-speaking), students, and lower-income clients (under Rekindle Academy). The Centre Manager reports to our Clinical Director to provide effective administrative support for our team of therapists by leading a team of Client Support Executives as well as an Accounts/Finance Executive. We uphold a culture of treating all people with dignity and respect, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality, and striving for excellence in our service to all stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company to ensure business runs smoothly.
  • Improve efficiency and accuracy of administrative procedures and business processes.
  • Provide financial data and analysis on overall financial performance of the company to the management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory bodies and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal, secretarial, and tax.

  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude in learning new applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office applications. (Strong IT skills will be an added advantage.)
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong knowledge in human resources management is an asset.

Accounts/Finance Executive

This accounts/finance executive position is suitable for an accounting/finance specialist who would enjoy working in a warm and collaborative small/medium-sized clinic environment, interfacing with administrative staff and therapists (when needed). This position will report to the Centre Manager with oversight by the Clinical Director. Opportunities will be provided for learning personal development skills such as active listening, self-awareness, and stress management. Duties & responsibilities:-

  • Prepare full set of accounts monthly in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in providing necessary information and support required for management reports.
  • Handle queries by stakeholders related to invoices and payments.
  • Perform and coordinate day-to-day financial activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of all accounting related transactions.

Client Support Executive

At Rekindle, our Client Support Team is the main point of contact for current and prospective clients. This position is open to a graduate in any discipline with one (1) year of postgraduate work experience. You will work alongside a vibrant team to provide excellent administrative support for our clinicians by servicing our clients. Our client support team members are friendly, warm, detailed, accurate, disciplined, and able to work collaboratively. By joining the team, the successful candidate will learn client servicing (for therapy clients), psychological tools and concepts, mental health and relationship therapy processes, office administrative tasks, business application software, systems thinking, personal development, and teamwork skills. This position is ideal for candidates looking for medium to longterm career advancement towards a supervisory or managerial position within a clinical and training setting.
